Their mission is to help build a world-class economy by providing strategic advice and business assistance. A new headquarters building was identified and designed to meet the need of 800+ staff and up to 800 visitors on a routine and regular basis. The relocation from two existing properties in Glasgow into Atlantic Quay took place in late 2002. Key Facilities Management was appointed in 2001 to assist in the design and relocation of the new HQ as well as ensuring that operational continuity occurred during the transition process. Objectives
